BrightDocs is a product of Windhorse Artificial Intelligence Inc. ("BrightDocs", "we", "us"), based in British Columbia, Canada. This policy explains what personal information we collect through our website (bright-docs.com) and our demo request forms, including forms on Facebook and Instagram, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you request a demo or contact us, we collect the information you give us:
your name
your work email address
your phone number
the name of your dental office
anything else you choose to tell us in a message
Our website may also record basic technical information, such as the pages visited and the type of browser used, to keep the site working and to understand how it is used.
This website uses cookies, the Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity to measure how visitors arrive, how they use the site, and whether our advertising is effective. Clarity records clicks, scrolling and page views; it does not record what you type into our forms. You can accept or decline these cookies using the banner shown on your first visit.
How we use it
We use your information to:

follow up with you about BrightDocs
answer your questions
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Demo requests made on Facebook or Instagram
If you fill in a demo request form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta collects the information on our behalf and passes it to us. Meta's handling of your information is covered by Meta's own privacy policy. We use what we receive only for the purposes described above.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run our business, such as email, website hosting and advertising platforms, and only as needed for them to provide those services. Some of these providers may store or process information outside Canada, where it may be subject to the laws of that country.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep demo request and contact information for as long as we are in conversation with you, and for a reasonable period afterwards. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
How we protect it
We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information against loss, theft and unauthorized access.

Information held inside the BrightDocs product
This policy covers our website and demo requests. Documents and patient information that a dental office stores in BrightDocs are handled under our agreement with that office, which remains responsible for its patients' records. If you are a patient with a question about your records, please contact your dental office directly.

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
